Metal Design Works was started in 2008 by Naman Renfro. Naman began his metalworking career in college where he worked as a fabricator and machinist. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. After graduation, Naman pursued his interests in motorcycle design at Carolina Custom Products in Union Grove, NC. Shortly after working as a design engineer, CCP started an Architechtural Metalworks department where he led the development of the highest quality metal products for CCP. In 2008, Naman moved to Tennessee and started Metal Design Works.
